Bought these for my two-year-old who's obsessed with picking up bugs, and the jumbo size means he can actually grab leaves and rocks without dropping them every two seconds. Only gripe is the plastic feels a little slick when his hands are wet, but they've held up fine at the sandbox so far.
The chunky grip is easy for little hands to hold, and my 2-year-old can actually squeeze them without help. The Poly+ material feels sturdy enough for outdoor play, though I wish the tips were slightly more precise for picking up smaller pieces.
