My nephew grabbed the blue block instantly and started turning it over in his hands, practicing his grip for a solid ten minutes. The fabric is soft enough that I don't worry when he chews on it, and the different colors on each side keep his attention longer than his usual toys.
My little one has been fascinated by the different colors and textures on each block, and I love how soft they are for her to chew on without any worry. The shape cutouts are already helping her practice matching, even at 8 months old.
